6:30 PM

Learning Lounges are small, facilitated virtual sessions where you’ll connect with other early childhood educators to discuss workplace challenges, share perspectives, and learn from one another. Each cohort has 10 to 12 participants, creating a supportive space for discussion and peer learning.

During each session, one or two participants will share a workplace challenge. An experienced facilitator will guide the group through questions and reflection to explore different perspectives and possible next steps. Through this peer-learning approach, you’ll reflect on your experiences, gain insights from others, and consider new strategies you can apply in the workplace.

If cost is a barrier to participating, scholarships are available for up to three participants per cohort. Please contact ymcaignite@ymcagta.org to learn more.
